Marien Jansen (25) worked in healthcare for years and saw daily how deep pressure stimulation could help people with tension, anxiety, and sleep problems. He noticed, however, that weighted blankets weren't comfortable for everyone. This is how the idea for Lotgenootje (Lotgenootje) came about: a soft cuddly toy that provides comfort and solace, but is more accessible.
When more and more children and adults began dressing their companions in doll clothes, the next idea emerged: specially designed clothing that not only fosters bonding and joy, but also helps keep your cuddly toy clean for longer, especially important in families and healthcare settings. This way, the companion continues to grow, focusing on real needs and providing small moments of peace.
